Cast:

  • Chandrahass as Bunny
  • Richa Joshi as Deepu
  • Vismaya Sri as Shailu
  • Ritu Mantra as Tara
  • Muralidhar Goud as Bunny's father
  • Directed by: Veligonda Srinivas

Story:
"Ramnagar Bunny" revolves around Bunny, a carefree young man living in the Ram Nagar neighborhood. As the son of an auto driver, Bunny is known for his laid-back attitude and lack of ambition. His romantic life becomes complicated when he falls in love with Deepu, despite the affections of Shailu, his devoted admirer. The story further tangles as Tara, a married woman, enters Bunny's life. The central narrative is about how Bunny navigates his love life, including the repercussions of his actions and relationships, leading to a final decision about his future.

Highlights:

  • Chandrahass delivers a decent debut performance with his energetic screen presence, although there’s room for improvement in emotional scenes.
  • The film's vibrant portrayal of Ram Nagar is visually appealing, thanks to the cinematography by Ashkar Ali.
  • The film has a mix of humor, drama, and romance that might appeal to a younger audience looking for a light entertainer.

Drawbacks:

  • The story feels formulaic and predictable, with overused tropes seen in many youth-centric films.
  • The romantic and comedic scenes often rely on outdated humor and double entendre, which might not resonate well with modern audiences.
  • Pacing issues arise due to unnecessarily extended scenes, making the film feel dragged at times.
  • Despite Chandrahass’s promising potential, the overall execution lacks freshness, and the film struggles to stand out()()()().

Overall, "Ramnagar Bunny" is a mass entertainer with some moments of fun, but it’s held back by a cliched storyline and inconsistent pacing.
